1. DISCLAIMER

At My Sensory Box safety is a top priority. All toys meet UK/ European safety standards and will display the UKCA/CE mark. The packaging also displays relevant age restrictions and any other safety warnings. Please familiarise yourself and keep any safety information for future reference.

2. AGE RESTRICTED TOYS

Some of our items have age restrictions. Although these items are CE/UKCA certified, they must only be played with under full adult supervision with children under the age specified. Please check all individual labels for specific information.

We advise all parents to check sensory toys regularly for any defects and to dispose of if there is any sign of deterioration.

Some Sensory toys may contain loose parts which could be choking hazards so we advise adult supervision when playing with these toys. 

My Sensory Box under no circumstances will be held accountable for any injury occurred from using any of our sensory toys. We strongly advise adults to supervise whilst playing and unattended play is down to adult discretion. 

3. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If unfortunately you have received an item and it is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please pop an email over to hello@mysensorybox.co.uk including your order reference, name, date and an image of the item. All items must be returned to us at your own cost to the address below.

We will then be happy to make a refund/ exchange providing the items are returned within 7 days of receiving your returns number.

Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcels.Upon receipt, we will arrange a refund.

4. DELIVERY

Our chosen delivery service is Evri. They will provide you with tracking information throughout your parcel transit for you and your little one to monitor. Please make sure you provide us with a correct email address and mobile number at checkout for our tracking information to be sent to you. 

For next day delivery, all orders need to be placed before 10am Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

We endeavour to send our standard delivery orders out by the next working day and Evri will aim to deliver 2-3 working days from the time they receive your sensory box. Evri’s operation times are between 8am-8pm and you will receive notification on the day of delivery with an estimated time of delivery. 

Standard delivery – £2.99

Next day delivery – £5.99 (orders made before 10am)

My Sensory Box is able to send sensory boxes throughout the United Kingdom (excluding the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations).

5. PRIVACY POLICY

We can assure you your personal information is kept securely and only for the purposes of completing and delivering your order. This information will not be shared with any third party other than for legal reasons. 

If you have agreed so, we may occasionally drop you a newsletter or any promotions relating to My Sensory Box, however you can opt out of this communication at any time. 

The Small Print...

My Sensory Box likes to make things fair for everyone, and this is why we have a rule of allowing you to order just one of each item. This way, more children can enjoy a variety of items equally! Our selection of toys comes in a variety of colours, and the colour you receive will be random. We take card payments from all UK debit and credit cards through our SumUp account.
