If unfortunately you have received an item and it is damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. Please pop an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order reference, name, date and an image of the item. All items must be returned to us at your own cost to the address below.

Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcels.Upon receipt, we will arrange a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
